Use Case

NetSuite Planning & Budgeting; Saved Searches

Connecting Oracle NSPB (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting) with Oracle NetSuite via "saved searches" offers several advantages for companies using both systems.

Here are some reasons why this is useful:

  • Saved searches in Oracle NetSuite allow specific data sets to be defined and saved. This data can then be automatically transferred to NSPB, reducing manual input and errors.
  •
  • By using saved searches, data in NSPB can be updated in real time based on changes in NetSuite. This provides current and accurate information for planning and budgeting.
  •
  • Automatically retrieving data from NetSuite via saved searches saves time that would otherwise be spent manually compiling and exporting data. This leaves more time for analysis and strategic planning.

In summary, using savedsearches to connect Oracle NSPB with Oracle NetSuite provides a more efficient, accurate and better integrated flow of data between the two systems. This supports effective planning and budgeting.

Clickdemo

To set up the integration using Saved Searches, we created the Saved Searches in NetSuite and connected in NSPB to NetSuite. We start by creating an "Import Format" and a "Location" in Data Management in NSPB. Then we configure the Data Load Rule in NSPB and can transfer data. How to configure this can be seen in the click demo
