Koen explains: "The transition to an advanced system was a big change for many colleagues. It was essential to involve the organization closely in the process." Koen: "All project and apparatus cost forecasts are now done via standard templates. This increases consistency and efficiency. By using drivers and automated data integration, we can manage our projects better and our forecasts are more accurate."

Although the current project is nearing completion, plans are ready for further optimization, in which Finext will again play a role.
