As Lead Planning Consultant at Finext, you will have the unique opportunity to assist some of the leading Dutch companies, including Bol.com, Jumbo and Hema. You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by implementing advanced software solutions that optimize their planning processes. You will also provide strategic advice on the design of these processes and ensure that the right tools are available to achieve their goals.
With a strong background in FP&A and preferably experience in consulting, you will combine your project management skills with a commercial approach. You will be responsible for successfully completing projects on time and on budget, while focusing on business development and generating new business opportunities.
Within this role there is plenty of room to organize knowledge sessions and train juniors and mediors. This gives you the opportunity to be both a specialist in your field and an entrepreneur who actively contributes to the growth of the team.
Your main responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage FP&A planning initiatives using Board, Pigment or Anaplan.
- Drive projects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand our existing customer contacts.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and successfully complete projects.

This is what you got
- 4-5+ years with relevant experience in FP&A or consulting;
- Experience with scheduling software;
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop new opportunities;
- A completed financial, technical or business degree at the college or university level;
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and are a true networker;
- Good communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders;
- Fluent in Dutch with, at least, 5 years of work experience or you live in the Netherlands;
- In addition, you like to roll up your sleeves, are commercially alert and have a true entrepreneurial mentality. As a person, you bring a solid content and background and closely follow developments within Finance and IT.
We offer

- A remuneration between €90,000-€110,000 based on your experience. This remuneration is composed of an annual salary, mobility budget, variable remuneration and 8% vacation pay.
